MRS. ALLEN'S 4TH GRADE CLASS

Hi! My name is Mrs.Allen and I am very excited to be your child’s teacher! This school year is going to be full of fun and learning. I cannot wait to see what this school year has in store for each of us. I want to know all about your student, but first I would like to introduce myself to your family. I was raised in Spruce Pine, NC, which is right in between Asheville and Boone. I have a younger sister, named Megan, who is in college this year at Marymount Manhattan. I have always known that teaching is what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. I have such a heart for children, and teaching them how to better themselves every day. I graduated from Gardner-Webb University in May 2017 with a BS in Elementary Education. During my time in college I was a cheerleader for four years, and very involved with the school systems in Cleveland County. I am married to the love of my life, Jon Allen, and we are expecting a baby April 2019!
